Faculty of Economics
Ull’s Economics Study Program is designed to generate progressive economists with Islamic ethics who master theories and analytical tools and their application in practical economics, especially Sharia finance, Sharia banking, international business, as well as regional economics and public policy. Students are also equipped with soft skills and leadership skills as part of a character strengthening and supported by international competency certification in business analytics and business intelligence from Statistical Analysis Software (SAS). As an effort to maintain the commitment to give birth to talented graduates, students will be guided by professional educators who are qualified in their fields. Lecturers of the Economics Study Program of Ull are experienced academics with excellent educational background from reputable universities, both inside and outside of the country.
Career Opportunities
Graduates of the Economics Study Program have wide opportunities to maintain their careers as economics and financial analysts, researchers, academics, or entrepreneurs. Graduates of the Economics Study Program are currently scattered and working in various fields of work such as in governmental bodies, banking, private industry sector, asset valuation companies, and so on.

Bachelor of Economics degree at Universitas Islam Indonesia is also offered at International Program (IP). IP is an international class organized by certain study programs within UII that use foreign languages (English and/or Arabic) as an introductory language.

If you are interested in studying in regular program, you must have a fluent communication skills, both oral and written, using Indonesian language. UII provides BIPA program to help you learn Indonesian language before starting your first semester.
