How To Apply

Entry Requirements

The minimum eligibility for entry into UII diploma and bachelor degree, you need to:

  1. Have completed your secondary school/ senior high school education in your country;
  2. Meet the language requirements, depending on the program that you choose – taught in Bahasa Indonesia, English or Arabic.Meeting the minimum entry requirements means you are eligible to apply to UII, but it does not guarantee selection. You need to apply online at apply.uii.ac.id, before you can be assessed for admission. No Application fee is charged.The requirements to be prepared before starting the online application are:
    • Certified copies of your graduation certificate and academic transcript (if the language is other than English, please kindly provide the translation documents with an official stamp from the translator office);
    • The color scan of the first (photo) page of your passport;
    • Letter of good health*;
    • Current curriculum vitae/resume;
    • Statement of purpose;
    • Declaration stating that you will not work on your study visa and you will obey Indonesian law*; and
    • Passport-sized photos with red background.

  1. CHOOSE
    – Choose the study program
    – Prepare the requirements
  2. APPLY
    – Sign up at apply.uii.ac.id
    – Complete the application and submit
  3. MONITOR
    – Monitor your application status (2-3 weeks)
  4. ACCEPT
    – Receive the letter of admission from UII for the successful application
    – Sign the study agreement
    – Receive the letter of award
  5. PREPARE
    – Come to Indonesia
    – Join the orientation day at UII
